Captain Midnight #44

Captain Midnight #44 contains two stories. In the first, a character named Richard Richard attempts to set a trap for intruders at a school, but accidentally catches himself when he enters through a closed door, ultimately becoming a local hero. In the second story, "Johnny Blair in the Air: Flood Waters Part I," heavy rains threaten to cause a lake dam to burst and flood a valley, prompting Johnny Blair to volunteer for a dangerous aerial reconnaissance mission to assess the situation and report back by radio.
