Captain Video #4

Captain Video battles against the sinister Rhodent, who has stolen chemical warfare papers and seeks to locate Captain Video first at a harsh location to avoid detection. After a confrontation involving pursuit across water and through mines, Captain Video faces off against Rhodent's monstrous creations in a climactic battle, ultimately triumphing when he uses an electronic ray weapon to defeat the creatures and thwart Rhodent's plans. The story culminates with Doctor Pauli broadcasting a challenge to the world, announcing a trial run of a new super-sonic spaceship capable of space travel that Captain Video must prepare to take from Pauli's ring of Orgon.
