Catman #21

Catman receives a distress call from a woman whose father gave her a bracelet containing a miniature radio transmitter, which she activates only when in trouble. Using a high-frequency direction finder at his mountain stronghold, Catman locates her position fifty miles north of the city and sets out to help. However, a robot attacks him en route, and in the ensuing chaos, a control box needed to operate the robot is lost. Catman pursues the escaped submarine carrying the villain Maletchen, working with allies to stop him before the robot can be deployed.
