Cheyenne Kid #55

The Cheyenne Kid, a young man raised by Native Americans and known for his toughness and quick thinking, discovers that General Trask has poisoned the water supply of a frontier settlement by contaminating it with crushed cactus roots. After initially testing the water himself and becoming ill, the Cheyenne Kid realizes Trask's scheme and rushes to warn the cavalry soldiers who have begun drinking the tainted water. The Kid leads a mounted patrol into the hills to track down Trask and stop him, ultimately succeeding in apprehending the villain and preventing further harm to the settlement.
