Cinderella Love #15

The main story, "The Wall of Wealth," concerns a feud between a protagonist's father and the wealthy Lessingham family over a wall built on Lessingham's land that blocks the father's view of the sea. In his anger, the father attempts to tear down the wall each night, but collapses from a heart attack during one of these efforts. A second story, "He Long Way Home!," follows Private Beth Blake of the WAC, who travels to Paris and dreams of romance and luxury before being assigned to a special army commission there, only to encounter complications with her coworker Joyce Purcell and a man named Doug Brown at River House.
