This anthology issue contains four stories: "Scamp," a tale of a young boy and his red dog who go boating on the river, where Scamp nearly drowns before being rescued and reunited with the family; "Splash Page and the Grey Rocket," following reporter Splash Page and his assistant Jill Brent as they cover a motorcycle race in which the mysterious Grey Rocket competes, ultimately crashing into an oil slick; "Buck Jones—The Wild Girl of the Hills," in which Buck Jones pursues the outlaw Hetty across dangerous terrain to a broken bridge, where she attempts an escape using ropes; and "Don Deeds," featuring Hoo Sung and criminal associate Ah Lee attempting to evade capture while a girl becomes a hostage in a rolling sphere vehicle. The issue also includes instructional features such as "How to Enlarge Your Sweet Supply" and "Bunter No Likee!", plus a "Chuckle Corner" humor section.
