This issue of Comet contains three main stories: "Scamp," featuring a mischievous red dog who causes chaos around the house by chewing on mail, tracking muddy paws on the floor, and destroying his mother's belongings; "Splash Page and the Grey Rocket," where reporter Splash Page pursues a stolen rocket through various adventures including motorcycle races and encounters with crooks, ultimately winning a trophy; and "Buck Jones and the Wild Girl of the Hills," in which Buck Jones helps Hetty, a wild girl being chased by criminals, escape her pursuers and reach safety at a ranch house. The issue also includes "Don Deeds," a serial adventure story about a bandit named Ah Lee and a character named Don Deeds involved in a rescue involving a Rolling Sphere vehicle.
