Commander Battle and his Atomic Sub crew battles a giant tentacled creature from beneath the ocean, which serves as a weapon of an enemy force threatening America from the center of the Earth. The enemy threatens to release a flaming sea that will consume the entire planet unless the Atomic Commandos surrender their atomic weapons. In a climactic confrontation, Commander Battle and his team must choose between surrendering their atomic arsenal or allowing the nation's destruction, ultimately deciding to give the enemy one last chance to abandon their threat before proceeding with their defense.
