This issue is an anthology containing two stories. "The Funniest Kid in Town" features Cookie on a romantic dinner date where his date compliments him on his cozy little place. In "A Jones Never Forgets," Jitterbuck Jones broods over his inability to get his father Pop to mail an important letter, but Pop eventually redeems himself by mailing it and rewarding Jitterbuck with a dollar for his honesty and quick thinking. Additionally, a story involving Cookie and the Mayor shows Cookie causing comedic chaos with loud noises while trying to promote a safety slogan, ultimately leading to an adventure where Cookie and his friends search the city dump for tin cans and make a mess before being stopped by the Mayor.
