Cookie #45

This issue features Cookie, a mischievous boy who gets into comic situations. In one story, Cookie causes chaos at a carnival when he becomes involved in a dispute over a hat sale, ultimately losing balloons and creating confusion with a police officer who upholds the principle that "the customer is always right." In another adventure, Cookie heads to the races with intentions involving a neighbor's horse, but his plans go awry when the horse's owner discovers his scheme and forces Cookie to retrieve the animal before the races begin.
