Cookie #51

Cookie and Jitterbuck Jones get into mischief when Cookie accidentally spills soup on a man, leading to a chaotic confrontation. A principal gives a public speech about proper behavior, but Cookie and his friends create a commotion at school the next morning, resulting in them being called out for wearing mismatched colored socks. When a woman's house is attacked by a dog and a riot ensues, Cookie and others rush to help, with Cookie eventually calling the S.P.C.A. to handle the unruly canine that has invaded multiple homes in the neighborhood.
