In the second story, a young woman named Dennie leaves New York for Arizona to appear in a film production, where she experiences romance and adventure including encounters with a lion and participation in a Western movie shoot with cowboys and square dancing. The issue concludes with a baseball game sequence where Cookie scores a victory for his team.
