This anthology issue contains multiple Western stories: "Tiger Lil'" follows a female wrestler-turned-frontier woman who helps a family and asks a Pecos man to marry her; "Paul Bunyan" depicts the legendary logger consulting Paul Bunyan for help controlling timber termites destroying the North Woods; and "Jed Wheeler" tells of a prospector who kills a bandit named Sam Slaters and leaves a map carved on graphite rock, only to have a mysterious stranger arrive at his camp who bears a striking resemblance to Slaters.
