The issue contains two main stories: "Ol' Smekey," in which a character uses a book titled "Indian Fighting Made Easy" to outmaneuver Native Americans in combat, and "Ole Snakey," which features a character who runs out of gas and encounters a lizard that escapes from a magnifying glass, leading to comical chaos as the character pursues it into a patchwork quilt cave while a pursuing group approaches from behind.
