This anthology issue contains three stories: "Radio Patrol: Killer on the Loose," in which officers Tex and Barry pursue a murderous hit-and-run driver who has killed multiple victims and stolen a handkerchief and cheap perfume from a woman; "Terror Under the Big Top," where a circus accident appears connected to sabotage, and characters named Curt and Merry investigate while an escaped snake creates chaos; and an untitled story featuring an elderly man named Uncle John who has devised an elaborate scheme involving wine bottles and glasses to settle an old score by poisoning one glass while disguising which bottle the poison came from.
