Crime and Justice #2

This is an anthology issue containing multiple crime stories. "Big Double Cross" follows a character named Ben who becomes a suspect in a payroll robbery after the sheriff confides in him about the crime; Ben must prove his innocence when a bandit attempts to steal what is believed to be the missing payroll. "Crime Career Girl" depicts law enforcement's search for a missing female secretary, with a photograph as the only clue, as investigators work to locate her in a town called Laneville. Additional stories advertised on the cover include "Mad Island Murder" and other crime cases, though their full plots are not visible in these sample pages.
