Crime and Justice #24

This issue contains at least two crime stories. "Caught—Red-Handed!" tells of a thief who steals small amounts from hospital employees by palming coins from their pockets; a young intern discovers the scheme and sets a trap using a special powder in his pocket lining that turns bright red when wet, catching the thief literally red-handed. The second story involves federal agents investigating truck drivers suspected of involvement with black market operators, leading to a stakeout where they follow a truck to a fishing boat rendezvous, ultimately apprehending criminals with ties to international smuggling operations.
