This anthology issue contains multiple crime stories. "Underworld War" depicts rival gangs clashing over territory, with one gang member named Johnny becoming injured in the street fighting and later providing police with information about the gangsters' use of real guns. Another story involves a character named Sanchez, an Argentine art collector, who steals paintings valued at two hundred grand from an insurance company; the insurance investigators grow suspicious and pursue the case, leading Sanchez to move the stolen artwork to an art gallery on 57th Street in an attempt to evade detection.
