This anthology issue contains two true crime stories. "Obey the Law" depicts criminals who use adhesive tape to kidnap and threaten victims in a rural area, only to be caught when one victim escapes and alerts authorities. "Who Is This Man?" tells the true story of Sheriff Mel Ward's pursuit of a vengeance-killer responsible for two murders of young men, with the climax occurring on a rain-swept evening when the killer is finally tracked down and confronted at the victim's home.
