Crime and Punishment #13 is an anthology featuring true crime stories. The main feature is "Larry Patton and John Miller," a true crime story about two foolish characters whose list for easy money sent them to early death in the chair; Larry Patton and John Miller were executed on May 12, 1927 and May 13, 1929 respectively.
