Crime and Punishment #14

This issue contains two stories: "Lou Bailey and Dan Kendall," a true crime tale about a middleweight boxer and police lieutenant whose victory celebration is interrupted when Bailey is implicated in murders; and "Obey the Law," in which criminals attempt a bank robbery and getaway, but one of the robbers becomes lost in a swamp while fleeing, eventually confessing to murders committed by the gang after being tricked into believing the swamp harbors the ghost of one of their victims.
