Crime and Punishment #18

In "Obey the Law," Lieutenant Pete discovers that Arthur Smith, a forger, has been using stolen identities and social security numbers to create fraudulent documents. When Pete and Sheriff Doug Lowell attempt to apprehend Smith, they discover he is connected to a larger criminal racket. After a dangerous pursuit involving gunfire and a car chase, the criminals are ultimately caught, with one of the gang members shot while attempting to escape.
