This anthology issue contains four true crime stories. "Madman, Was He Really Crazy?" examines a psychological case; "The Case of the Superstitious Robber" details a robbery investigation; "While the Chair Waited!" covers a capital punishment case; and "Death Was in the Corner!" presents another criminal matter. The primary featured story, "Obey the Law," follows a character named Pinky who is interrogated by police about criminal associates and gang activity, eventually confessing his involvement in a crime ring before ultimately seeking redemption through honest living and standing up to bullies as a youth.
