Crime and Punishment #44 This issue contains two crime stories. "Death Was His Only Witness" follows Art Rockwell, a man investigated after police discover a body in Central Park with a crushed skull; when a second body surfaces months later with identical injuries, Rockwell becomes the prime suspect and is ultimately caught when witnesses place him at multiple crime scenes, with a race-track tip being the crucial clue to his identity.
