Crime and Punishment #58
This issue contains two main criminal case histories. The first story follows a man fleeing through a swamp and cave system while being pursued by law enforcement officers and armed men, culminating in a violent confrontation. The second story, "The Story of 'Baby Face' Nelson," chronicles the life of the notorious gangster from his birth in 1908 through his criminal career with the Dillinger mob, bank robberies, and his eventual discovery and violent encounter with police in Wisconsin in 1934. A third narrative depicts soldiers executing a bank robbery plan involving a military tank and cannon during what appears to be a wartime scenario.
