Crime Detector #3

A man named Bert becomes entangled in criminal schemes after his sister's boyfriend frames him for murder to obtain money she has. A croupier at the Golden Wheel gambling den uses magnets to rig an ivory roulette ball, and Bert must expose this scheme. Meanwhile, criminals plan multiple robberies across the city, including jobs at Lambert Street and a gas station, prompting police to mobilize their forces to stop the "Flash Bandit" and his gang from completing their crime spree.
