Crime Does Not Pay #101
This issue is an anthology containing three crime stories. "Cain vs. Abel" follows detective George Tyder as he investigates a murder case involving a woman and a Latin bombshell, uncovering corruption and blackmail within a detective agency. "Murder Is a Stranger" depicts a fatal train-automobile collision at a railroad crossing, told from the perspective of state troopers responding to the accident. "The Case of the Crooked Politician" (also titled "Who Dunnit?") centers on the murder of Marty Kling, a man who made headlines two years prior by searching for trouble and finding it, eventually leading to a chain of events resulting in his death.
