Crime Does Not Pay #115

This issue contains two crime stories. The second story depicts two criminals, Gat and Joe, who steal cargo from a ship and attempt to escape, but are tracked down by police at the dock; both criminals are captured and sentenced to ten years hard labor, with the final caption reiterating that their crimes could not pay.
