Vincent "Mad Dog" Coll, a brutal gangster operating in 1931 New York, terrorizes rival mobsters and innocent civilians alike, including bombing a social club where children are playing. His ruthlessness and violent methods earn him a $50,000 bounty on his head, leading his own men to turn against him in hopes of claiming the reward. Coll is ultimately gunned down by his former associates, demonstrating that even the most dangerous criminals cannot escape the consequences of their actions.
