A man named Kelly, connected to organized crime syndicates in New York and Chicago, attempts to recruit an unsuspecting participant as a partner in the racket, offering him a night club business opportunity while pressuring him to launder money and join the criminal organization. When the recruit refuses and threatens to expose the scheme, Kelly takes him to South America and murders him, disposing of his body in the ocean.
