The issue contains two main stories. "Mission Thru Space" follows Tarka, who uses a disc machine to steal atomic weapons, leading Officer Jacob and others to investigate suspicious activity at a university synchrotron lab where Professor Leimer and his niece Ellen are working. "Martians to the Rescue" depicts a spaceship encountering the planet X and facing a gravitational pull, with Captain Steel and his crew discovering an atomic weapon threat; Jacob broadcasts anti-atomic activity rays from a tower to bring world peace, proclaiming his discovery will allow humanity to live in peace as destined. "Death in the Soil" appears to involve regeneration of animal tissue through special cultures.
