Daredevil #40

This issue contains two full-length Daredevil stories. "Pepsi the Pepsi Cola Cop" follows a rotund police officer who becomes stranded on an island with only a bottle of Pepsi-Cola, where he encounters a whale and uses the soft drink to survive various comedic predicaments. The second story features a murder investigation in which Inspector Crimebuster solves a case by deducing that the victim, Carl Thompson, wrote a suicide note before being murdered, using the position of his writing implements on his desk and his thumbprint on the murder weapon as crucial evidence to prove the accused innocent.
