Dennis causes havoc around his house with mud and water while his mother tries to maintain order indoors. In a separate story, Dennis witnesses a traffic accident involving two red sports cars and mistakenly identifies one driver as guilty; his father, a traffic officer, must investigate and ultimately discovers that Dennis was wrong due to a misunderstanding about how car mirrors work, teaching both father and son a lesson about jumping to conclusions.
