Dennis the Menace and His Dog Ruff #1

In "Ruff the Wet Pet," Dennis and a friend need to give Ruff a bath, but the dog escapes and causes chaos—running through the yard, hiding in a drainpipe, and splashing through a pond where he encounters a giant octopus. After awakening from what appears to be a dream, Dennis and his friend find Ruff at the bottom of a massive hole he has dug, and they marvel at the dog's strength and intelligence before Dennis exclaims "What a dog!"
