Doll Man #23

Doll Man faces off against the Minstrel, a musical villain who uses trick banjo attacks to menace the city, forcing the pint-sized hero to employ various combat tactics to counter his foe's unpredictable musical weapons. The story involves a separate subplot where the Fool Killer, a dangerous criminal, kidnaps a scientist named Dr. Roberts and his daughter, holding them hostage while threatening to detonate a booby-trapped telephone to prevent police interference.
