Down with Crime #5

A criminal named Menks grows increasingly bitter in prison as months pass, while a guard he despises constantly taunts him about his confinement. Menks devises an escape plan involving a confederate and a willing young woman named Icy Vanes, but when Icy is sent on a dangerous murder case, complications arise as criminals attempt to eliminate her and her partners Dexter and Clark. Dexter and Clark attempt a takeover of the criminal organization, but Icy ultimately sides with her partners, leading to a violent confrontation where Dexter pursues and shoots the fleeing criminals through the snowy streets.
