Dynamic Comics #18

This anthology issue contains two stories. In the first, a kid is sent on a patrol with Fatso Flynn and Ginzo McGill but attempts to fool the officers by dropping dynamite into a coffee pot at police headquarters. In the second story, "D Hastings," Mexady's civilization is crushed by enemy forces during wartime; a soldier named Eutopas is summoned to the laboratory of a seemingly benevolent leader, though the narrative suggests darker intentions for his research and the fate of the leader's wives.
