This anthology issue contains at least two stories. "Lucky Coyne" follows a cub reporter for the Daily World who investigates a check-up at a sanatorium and becomes embroiled in a case involving "screaming idiots," encountering a sinister boss figure with mysterious powers. A separate story involves espionage at the White House, where a villain uses a "Master Key" and powerful radio waves to steal steel girders from above, melting them to create an escape route, while agents attempt to stop him and report the capture of Fifth Columnists to the President. The issue also includes a comedic segment involving a hair-related mishap with officers' children and a character in a green outfit causing chaos.
