Dynamite #1

Dynamite #1 (1953) "Blackout" follows two rival customs agents, Raymond and Carmichael, who are assigned to work together on a smuggling case at the Guvenon Building flagpole, where they uncover a cargo shipment worth one million dollars in diluted dope. When Carmichael nearly drowns during the stakeout, Lasheer's mob attempts to intercept the goods, leading to a confrontation where Nichols must deliver the equipment and prevent the criminals from obtaining the contraband. The story culminates in a violent confrontation involving a plane and an explosion as Red attempts to stop the smuggling operation.
