When Dorothy plays it, she becomes the target of a vampire's curse—only to be revived as one herself, turning on her husband in a tragic twist. The story's chilling final moments hint at a dark legacy, as a young boy discovers the sheet music and swears to carry on the song's curse. Penciled and inked by Harry Lazarus, this eerie tale from 1952 stands as a standout in Avon's Eerie series, with Lazarus also handling the cover.
