Exciting Comics #28

Exciting Comics #28 is an anthology featuring two main stories: "The Black Terror," shown on the cover battling Nazi forces underwater with experimental weapons and divers, and "Crash Carter," an air cadet adventure in which Crash and his brother cadets Sten and Code are sent to Egypt to report on desert air fighting, where they encounter Nazi patrols and engage in aerial combat.
