Exciting Comics #23

This anthology issue features two stories. In "The Black Terror," the masked vigilante confronts criminals and saboteurs at an industrial facility, battling enemies who attempt to steal and cause destruction with explosives. A new feature, "The American Eagle," depicts a military pilot who crash-lands at sea and is rescued, then engages in aerial combat against Nazi forces, ultimately pursuing enemy aircraft with support from naval and military units.
