The issue features "Lucky Luciano and Murder, Inc.," depicting Frank Nitti's rise from an unsatisfied barber in Brooklyn during Prohibition, where he establishes a bootlegging operation to produce and sell homemade alcohol. After closing his barbershop and expanding into organized crime activities, Nitti eventually serves time at Joliet Prison, where he becomes involved with Spike and other criminals who plan bank robberies and other illicit schemes involving figures like Capone, Torrio, and Reililly.
