Fantastic Fears #7 is an anthology that includes "Inhuman Killer," in which a murder during a hurricane at a lighthouse is investigated by police who discover sinister footprints that do not match any known human; and a story featuring a supernatural green creature that uses evil music to control dancers at a ball, driving them to violence and chaos until a spectral fiddler defeats the creature and breaks its hold over the revelers.
