Fawcett Movie Comic 7 - Gunmen of Abilene #1

Rocky Lane, a U.S. Deputy Marshal, is sent to Abilene to catch a gang of "murdering coyotes" and stop freight wagons from being attacked. Working undercover with his badge and papers hidden, Rocky must identify the outlaws responsible while an escape from jail has complicated the situation, making Rocky himself appear to be an outlaw in town. In a climactic sequence in the hills, Rocky and the sheriff coordinate to stop the gang's plot to blow up a wagon train carrying gold by triggering an avalanche, with Rocky leading the wagon train away from danger while authorities pursue the criminals.
