Fawcett's Funny Animals #21
An anthology issue featuring multiple animal character stories. "Billy the Kid" follows a young goat who encounters a desert lizard villain and becomes trapped on a cliff with his companions, where they use hair tonic as a makeshift rope to escape. "Willie the Worm" depicts Willie and Sammy competing in a boat race against Bully Blowhard's Tommy Turtle, with Willie and Sammy becoming stranded in the middle of the lake and ultimately delivering a fan instead of winning the race. A prose story titled "Elevatoritis" by Uncle Don tells of two boys, Willipus and Gussie, who cause chaos in an elevator by tampering with its mechanisms, resulting in property damage and the boys facing maternal disappointment.
