Fightin' Five #28

In "Hank Hennessy," the title story of this issue, Hank Hennessy, a decorated soldier with a distinguished military career, is assigned to lead a special forces unit despite being wounded and on convalescent leave. The Fightin' Five are deployed into a jungle operation where they encounter enemy forces; during the mission, Hank's team engages in intense combat while attempting to establish contact with an old adversary known as a Viet Cong foe. The story concludes with Don Simms' grave left alone in the jungle after he was buried there during the operation.
