Fightin' Navy #76

A naval officer orders a sailor to move contraband into the back room before authorities arrive, revealing a criminal plot involving guns and dynamite set to detonate. When a sailor discovers the scheme and attempts to report it, he is shot, but manages to hide a revolver before being discovered. Naval forces prepare to intercept enemy-held islands and draw fire from hidden gun emplacements, while a captain reveals his sinister plan to use the convoy as a decoy, intending to leave the other ships and cargo to be destroyed in his own name for personal glory.
