This is an anthology issue featuring two stories: the cover story "Here Come Quigley and Beals," in which two Marines devise a plan to sabotage a rocket launch by stowing away aboard a spacecraft and interfering with the scientists' work, ultimately resulting in the rocket's failure and their escape. The issue also includes "Gil's Gals," a humorous feature in which a man boasts of his collection of photographs of attractive women, claiming he was once a top commercial photographer in New York.
