Fantomah, the mysterious woman of the jungle, confronts the sorcerer Zomax, who has destroyed native homes and innocent lives by unleashing giant royal panthers and other animals upon civilization, including New York City where they rampage through the streets and destroy buildings and subways. Fantomah uses her mystical powers to turn the jungle cats on the Brazilian fifth column and the African fifth column, destroying the invaders, before transmitting the animals back to Africa and restoring peace to the jungle. The natives sing their thanks to Fantomah as she departs.
